There's a reason about half of all cat food comes from fish - cats "reely" LOVE it! Made from 100% human-grade walleye fillets, you can rest assured your cat will love Farm to Pet Fish Crumbles fish cat treats, too! Not only are they crispy, crunchy and the purr-fect size for kitty mouths, these grain-free cat treats are high in pure fish taste yet low on the fishy smell. Fish Crumbles are also packed with nutrition cats need, including omega 3 fatty acids and the essential amino acids including taurine to support feline heart, vision and joint health, as well as overall pet wellness, with every morsel.

HEALTHY CAT TREATS THAT MAKE A SPLASH

Looking for all-natural grain-free cat treats even finicky felines will love? Look no further than Farm to Pet Fish Crumbles! These crunchy nuggets are made of 100% human-grade walleye fillet and all the pure fish taste, "umami" flavor and nutrition that comes with it. Our specialized dehydration technique also makes our healthy pet treats easy to digest and gentle on cat tummies, especially for carnivorous cats made to process protein!

SWIMMING WITH NUTRIENTS CATS NEED

As obligate carnivores, cats need animal protein, including beef, chicken, turkey, and the lean, naturally low-sodium low-cholesterol protein in our walleye fish treats. This complete protein not only has all the essential amino acids Cleo needs to thrive, but its fish oil content makes it a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids that help keep her coat, eyes, joints, heart and brain healthy.

FRESH-CAUGHT FISH TREATS FOR CATS

Just like Simba comes running for the can opener, he'll go wild for these wild-caught fish treats for cats. Farm to Pet Fish Chips are made with nothing but lake-fresh walleye fillets; no waste or skin or "offal" - just the parts we humans would eat. This makes our healthy pet treats as delicious as they are nutritious, as well as not strong smelling like other fish treats. And see for yourself - dogs are just as fond of these low-allergen treats! Double fin-tastic!

SUSTAINABLE SUSTENANCE FOR FURRY FRIENDS

Not only are the walleye fish in our single-ingredient Fish Crumbles healthy cat treats wild caught from Lake Erie, but they are also responsibly fished to maintain the local ecosystem and fish population. And what's more, the fillets themselves were made for human consumption, destined for markets or restaurants. However, some cuts are too thin or too small for these uses. Rather than let these delectable pieces of fish be discarded, we turn them into chef-worthy treats for cats and dogs!

WHY CHOOSE FARM TO PET FISH CRUMBLES HEALTHY CAT TREATS

Cats love fish, and cat parents love healthy cat treats. Farm to Pet's single-ingredient Fish Crumbles grain-free cat treats tick both boxes, giving cats the taste of fresh human-grade fish they love, with the low-fat essential nutrition they need. FISH CAT TREAT FAQS

ARE SINGLE INGREDIENT TREATS GOOD FOR CATS?

Since they are easier on feline digestive systems than cat treats with multiple ingredients, single-ingredient treats are excellent for cats, especially if they are minimally processed like Farm to Pet cat treats. Our highly digestible fish cat treats are simply the best fish treats for cats, made from human-grade walleye fish fillets, gently dehydrated to provide the nutrients and complete protein cats need to thrive and natural fish flavor they love.

WHY ARE HIGH PROTEIN TREATS BETTER FOR CATS?

While dogs and cats are both carnivores who thrive on animal protein, cats are actually “obligate carnivores.” This means that they literally cannot survive unless they get the full spectrum of amino acids present in animal proteins like meat, poultry and fish from their diets. Cat treats that are rich in protein help cats get their daily requirements of this macronutrient rather than filling up on other calorie sources like carbohydrates and fat already present in most cat food. Our pure-protein pet food toppers are another great source of complete protein for cats!

WHAT MAKES FARM TO PET FISH CAT TREATS SPECIAL?

Unlike other fish treats that contain byproducts, offal, meals and fillers, Farm to Pet fish cat treats contain only human-grade walleye fillet - boneless, waste-free and sustainably fished. Our US-made fish cat treats are an excellent way to rotate proteins for cats, offering a full spectrum of amino acids and high levels of omega 3 fatty acids with low levels of fat and calories. This makes our grain-free fish treats a great cat treat option for overweight cats, cat treats for diabetic cats, and even small bite size fish treats for puppies and treats for small dogs.

HOW MANY CAT TREATS CAN MY CAT HAVE IN A DAY?

As a rule, cats can usually enjoy 10-20 percent of their daily calories in treats. However, many of us don’t know what our cat’s daily calorie target is or how many calories they take in! Luckily, you can base how many treats to give your cat on your cat’s size. Our pure fish cat treats have just 4 calories per tablespoon. We suggest 3-5 tablespoons of Crumbles cat treats per day for small cats (up to 7 pounds); 4-6 tablespoons per day for your medium cat (7-12 pounds), and up to 7 tablespoons for your large cat (13+ pounds). Ask your vet for confirmation or if you’re looking for guidance about treats for diabetic cats, treats for overweight cats, treats for kittens, or other special circumstances.

CAN DOGS EAT FISH CAT TREATS?

Both cats and dogs are carnivores, so they both love and need animal protein like fish, poultry, and beef. Like cats of any age and size, dogs can safely enjoy Farm to Pet cat treats. Even better, check out our selection of healthy dog treats, made from the same dehydrated human-grade proteins in crunchable dog-friendly chips!

Not what I was hoping for
Format: Paperback
I've been interested in the topic of religious appropriation ever since I saw my non-Tibetan neighbor hang Tibetan prayer flags on his front porch. And when I lived in Japan, I saw that non-Christian Japanese appropriated all of the trappings of Western Christian wedding ceremonies. So I had high hopes for this book. But it reads like a very looooong, and also very academic sermon on the evils of capitalism, western hegemony, and other such terms. There is not an ounce of humor in any of this book.

Pop culture: yoga, croases, costumes, tattoos of sacred symbols …is not religious appropiation.
Format: Hardcover
Neither are Christmas trees, a pagan tradition, except to religious fundamentalists. Religion, all religions … which are all patriarchal by origin and definition is to be challenged for hypocrisy … see Madonna for in your face pop blasphemy. This is not scholarship.

An Invitation to Better Dialogue
Format: Paperback
Perry Schmidt-Leukel has tackled one of the most difficult intellectual minefields of all - religious pluralism. I admire his attempt, desire and intentions. This work is based off of a 2015 Gifford lecture in Glasgow. Religious Pluralism is one of the three possible stances that address the Problem of Religious Diversity. The other two stances are significantly more common and also close sisters - Exclusivism and Inclusivism. Pluralism is the most radical stance but also one most needed in a globally-connected world with seemingly ineradicable conflict and violence. One can safely ignore, by the way, the stance that all religions are nothing but projections of immature minds (Naturalism); this is a gaslighting position which tries to throw the baby out with the bathwater and does not really address the issue of religious diversity. Religion should be treated with the seriousness it is due and humans are inherently homo religiosus as history and culture attest. There are several reasons why Pluralism should be considered the superior stance. First, it is the most pragmatic as alluded to in my above statement on conflict. Second, if one understands Truth as something that no human or group of humans can ever have a monopoly on then Pluralism makes more sense than the other two. I should add that we should approach understanding of Truth more as a peregrination than as some fixed or static destination. Third, much of religious diversity is due to historical, cultural and especially linguistic differences but if we spend time in interreligious dialogue, we can begin to see that the religions are often saying the same things but using different jargon. The jargon should not be confused with Reality or Truth. As humans, we must continually be humbled by our lowly ability to understand reality as it is in itself and our immense limitations of language. Language too often creates division and can also circumscribe our ability to understand. Yet, it is all we really have to communicate with. Perry spends some time first outlining what a program of sustained interreligious dialogue would look like and some foundational principles. He then addresses some of the biggest elephants in the room - The Son, The Prophet and The Buddha - and how we can approach possible reconciliation, or at least how we can begin to frame the discussion. The other main issue is the problem of a Creator God in Buddhism. If I were to offer a point of criticism to Perry's approach it is that he does not include in his discussion Philosophical Religions such as Platonism/Neoplatonism and Panentheism. However, I understand that would have really complicated things and he clearly wanted to only focus on the main traditional religions. Perry then finishes up with a very fresh and thought-provoking discussion on a fractal interpretation of religion. That may be the most profound chapter of the book. The book is full of insight but should be taken as only an overview (albeit a very good one) and a hopeful beginning to more in-depth analysis and discussion. I look forward to reading more from Schmidt-Leukel and I hope more people can move from their exclusivist and inherently conflict-bound view of the world to a more peaceful and uniting view of the very same one reality we are all experiencing and are all a small part of.
