Het rechthoekige dienblad Amahai van handbewerkt roodbruin rotan is de ideale hulp in het huishouden. Niet alleen kan hij gebruikt worden om eten op te serveren, maar hij staat ook prachtig als decoratief element in huis. Je kunt hem bijvoorbeeld gebruiken om snacks of kruiden op de eettafel te presenteren of als plek om bestek en ander keukengerei op te bergen.

Onze producten zijn kunstig vervaardigde individuele stukken. Ze kunnen enigszins variëren in grootte, kleur en vorm als gevolg van de handmatige productie en natuurlijke variaties in materialen.

Hoofdmateriaal: rotan
Onze trays zijn gemaakt van plantaardige vezels. Ze ruiken en voelen daarom heerlijk naar de natuur.
Rotanpalmen groeien meestal in grote aantallen in dichte bossen, waar ze worden beschouwd als invasieve planten die ruimte innemen van andere planten en veel voedingsstoffen uit de bodem halen. De stengels, die zonder chemische hulpmiddelen snel teruggroeien, moeten regelmatig worden afgesneden en kunnen na het droogproces worden gebruikt als materiaal voor meubels en manden. Dit maakt rotan tot een zeer duurzaam en overvloedig materiaal.

Dit dienblad is handgemaakt in Java, Indonesië.
Bij de selectie van onze lokale producenten hechten wij waarde aan een eerlijk loon en goede arbeidsomstandigheden. In de fabrieken waar we onze goederen kopen, werken we alleen met volwassen en ervaren ambachtslieden. Bij het productieproces worden geen schadelijke chemicaliën gebruikt. Omdat alle werkstappen met de hand worden uitgevoerd, genereert het productieproces nauwelijks uitstoot van broeikasgassen. Dit alles verzekeren wij door regelmatige bezoeken ter plaatse en permanent persoonlijk contact met de bedrijven.

Can’t beat MANN quality
Bought to replace the filters on my 2015 bmw x5 as there was a musty smell from ac. Old filters were another junk company that fit very loosely. I was impressed by the quality and how secure the MANN filters locked into the housing; musty smell all gone now! Easy 10min replacement job, comes with VERY detailed instructions for the less mechanically inclined

Great product
Fits our 2012 X5d perfectly. Do yourself a favor and youtube the process for replacing these. You'll see it's well worth doing yourself rather than paying a shop that charges a BMW premium on everything.
Also something I learned recently... this is a low cost high charge item at the mechanic. A lot of times when they suggest replacing these it's because they just tick the box and don't actually look at them. We had our mechanic admit this on a recent service where it was suggested to replace, when we had just done it ourselves in April.

Perfect fit for our 2018 X5 35D
Perfect fit. Never replaced a filter in this car before and took me only 13 minutes. I timed it lol.
That includes taking some before and after pictures from the old and new filter.
What is worth mentioning is that the car was until now under the “fake maintenance” from BMW that comes with a new car and goes until 36.000 miles.
Up to this mileage there is no other service the. The oil changes (3) due. The first real checkup is at a higher mileage and not covered anymore.
Anyway , those filters where replaced before from a BMW dealership. When I compare the new filters and the filters I took out of the car they look the same.
I was expecting to find some BMW marks on the installed filter but perhaps they don’t put their name in it anymore??? Or it could be they also put “after market” parts in.
Anyway, BMW quoted me in all seriousness 700 dollar to replace those filters and the Inside filter
The inside filter is on its way and is 25 dollar. Together with those filters the parts came to 55 dollar and I guess a total of 30 minute of work.
Well done BMW, lol.
We all need to make a living buy that should be considered “robbery”
Anyway, if you thinking about replacing those filters then go for it.
It’s not complicated and all you need is a screw driver to get one plastic river out that you can push back in once you are done.
Those filters here from MANN are the real deal and fit perfectly and state that they are made in Germany. I have no reason not to believe it.
